One finished brown knitted scarf! (The one I started here). It sure is nice to start and finish a project in a short space of time for a change. I enjoyed the actual knitting far more than I thought. I mean it was just plain knitting - 20 stitches on big, size 8 needles - row after row, but I really got into it.I've been looking at the lovely, handpainted wool at The Knittery. The colours are just so lovely and it's tempting to start a rug of some sort. I think knitting in the evening is quite soothing and not too taxing. Just right for me at the moment.
